Hi, I’m Andrea Pereira.

My journey spans over three decades in the corporate world, where I led teams, navigated complex transitions, and learned firsthand how to drive meaningful change. Today, I channel that experience into my work as a facilitator, coach, and mentor, helping individuals and organizations create lasting impact.

What Drives Me

I believe in the power of positive impact—creating environments where people thrive and grow. True transformation begins within and radiates outward, influencing leadership styles, organizational cultures, and ultimately, societal structures. My work is rooted in the idea that with the right guidance, anyone can find their path and make a difference in their world.

My Focus Today

Today, I focus on facilitating meaningful change. From one-on-one coaching to workshops that inspire innovation, I work with leaders, professionals, and individuals to help them navigate transitions, seize opportunities, and make an impact. I believe leadership is both nurtured and celebrated—an opportunity to envision and build a legacy that aligns with one’s deepest values. My Journey

Throughout my career, I have focused on empowering others by blending professional excellence with a deeply personal touch. I’ve seen how the science of personal development, combined with the art of human connection, can catalyze meaningful growth. Today, I help others unlock their potential, whether they’re transitioning into new roles or leading their own organizations.

Drawing from my experience at The Coca-Cola Company, where I led teams through complex transitions, I co-founded GiveBack, a consultancy focused on sustainability in education. Today, the company continues through a partnership with ArcEdTech, creating innovative learning solutions for children around the world.

As an active YPO member, I am involved in the North Star Integrated and the Portugal Chapters. Over the past years I have served in the board of the chapters as Forum, Membership, Impact, Assistant Learning Officer and Learning Officer. I am also a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF), where I help guide leaders toward creating positive, lasting impact. My work as a CFF provides a space for leaders to grow, reflect, and connect on a deeper level. Finally, I have also dedicated time to the YPO Next Generation (YNG) community through mentoring, speaking events, and life coaching.

I am also a Master VITA facilitator, where I help provide a profound platform for personal and professional growth, fostering transformation through shared experiences and deep reflection. learning groups which transform lives by fostering deep insights, build trust, and create lasting connections that extend far beyond the sessions themselves.

I am a proud member of AngelUS, a female-led collective focused on increasing the representation of women in leadership, and of the Virtual Advisory Board, offering strategic guidance to leaders and enhancing our collective boardroom experience.

Finally, I hold a degree from the University of Rio and am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which enables me to work with global clients and pursue business opportunities across the Americas, Europe, and beyond.
