Casa Mendes Gonçalves
As a non-executive board member, I am deeply involved in driving cultural transformation at Casa Mendes Gonçalves (CGM) as the company plans its transformational growth in the years ahead. My work includes coaching leadership and introducing the power of VITA groups, which foster self-awareness, collaboration, and personal growth within the organization. I am committed to helping CMG evolve into a future-ready, resilient company by enhancing its culture and supporting its leaders in embracing change and growth.
Additionally, being a founding member of the Fundação Mendes Gonçalves is something I hold dear to my heart. I am truly proud to be part of this initiative, supporting Carlos’ dream of making a meaningful difference in the world. His saying “if every businessman took care of his community, we would save the world,” resonates deeply with me and aligns perfectly with the mission of GiveBack (read more about this below), where we believe that “the greatest threat to the planet is the idea that someone else will do it.” This vision of responsibility and impact is what drives my passion and commitment to both CMG and the Fundação, as we strive to make the world a better place for future generations.
VITA Master Facilitator
The VITA methodology empowers individuals to explore their full potential, break through barriers, and embrace change in profound ways. As a VITA Master Facilitator, I have the privilege of guiding individuals and teams through transformative journeys of self-discovery, leadership development, and personal growth.
I am thrilled to be part of the upcoming launch of the book, where we will share the experiences, lessons, and insights that have shaped the VITA process. It will offer tools and methodologies for leaders, teams, and organizations to foster growth, collaboration, and sustainable change.
Looking ahead, our mission extends beyond supporting individuals and teams—we aim to democratize peer group learning. By making this powerful learning model accessible to more people, we are working to create a broader impact. Through VITA, we aim to provide individuals, organizations, and communities around the world with the tools they need to learn from each other, grow together, and unlock their collective potential.
ArcEdTech Collaboration
In 2021, I joined ArcEdTech as a partner to redefine education alongside founders Anit Gupta and Ritu Malhotra. ArcEdTech aims to revolutionize learning by embedding sustainability into educational systems, empowering students and educators to address global challenges through innovative tools and practices.
One of our core achievements is the creation of the “Be the Change” books, which integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into actionable, engaging educational content. These books have inspired countless students to become proactive changemakers in their communities.
The upcoming launch of TriboPlanet, a platform designed for India and Brazil, marks a significant step in our mission. This initiative extends our reach, providing resources to equip educators and students to embrace sustainability and drive transformative action globally.
My role is deeply rooted in collaboration and vision, ensuring we create inclusive, impactful educational practices. Together we are laying the foundation for a new generation of leaders committed to sustainability and resilience.
Class of Wonders
At Class of Wonders, we believe that education is the cornerstone of development and growth. In my role as Resourceful Education Champion, I focus in building bridges and fostering sustainable partnerships that enable growth. Working alongside an inspiring group of education champions, I am committed to nurturing the potential in every child and ensuring that education remains a powerful force for positive change.
I am fortunate to collaborate with Francisco, the visionary founder, whose passion for transformative education drives our collective mission. Along with Joana and Inês, the dedicated heads of our team, we work together to create impactful strategies that promote educational excellence.
We are excited to partner with Rocas in Brazil, led by Eduardo and Ariane, to introduce transformational learning tools in my home country, empowering the next generation of learners and driving positive change in Brazilian education. Together, we are building a brighter future for the next generation of learners, empowering them with the tools they need to succeed.
Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO)
My involvement with YPO goes far beyond my work with forums and retreats. Throughout my time, I’ve taken on several leadership roles, including Forum Officer, Membership Officer, and Assistant Learning Officer, all of which have given me the opportunity to support and guide members in their growth. These roles have deepened my commitment to fostering leadership, connection, and personal development within the YPO community, strengthening the bonds that allow leaders to grow together and achieve greater impact.
Additionally, as a speaker, I have engaged diverse audiences globally with a unique blend of corporate insight, strategic philanthropy, and personal narratives of transformation. My presentations are more than just talks—they are calls to action, inspiring listeners to embrace empathy, innovation, a commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the motivation to take meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future.
Finally, I also actively mentor young leaders in the YPO Next Generation (YNG) community, helping them navigate their personal and professional journeys. Through these efforts, I guide and support the next generation of transformative leaders and empower them to create a lasting impact in their careers and communities.
